Greetings from a chilly, but rain free (finally) northern California. The past two weeks have seen clouds, rain, more clouds, and more rain. The yard is soggy - for sure you don’t want to walk across it - you’ll sink in like quicksand! But at least we’ve been able to turn off the sprinkler system and save not only the water supply, but some dollars at the same time.
This week we have 32 auctions coming to a close. There are a bunch of stamps (see below) and a couple other non-stamp items. First off, we’ve got two model railroad items - both N-scale. One is a nice BNSF diesel locomotive and the other is a single-dome oil tank car. Both in superb, little used condition. Lots more of the same in the upcoming weeks.
Another big item we are offering is an Xbox 360 game controller, the 250GB model, along with a batch of game discs, a “Kinect” unit and a whole lot of other stuff to go with it.
And the stamps - a mint Scott 24, a used Scott 9, a mint no gum 159, used 179, some Newspaper/Periodicals, and a bunch of first, second, and third issue US Revenues.
One last item to mention - a new in box Starbucks “Been There Series” mug from Kentucky.
