Hi Folks - hope you all are having nice weather in whatever part of the country you reside in. The past two weeks here in northern California has been in the mid-upper 80’s and I’ve really enjoyed it. Going back to 90 or so over the weekend, so I hope that doesn’t indicate that the hot stuff will be coming back. But at least we have sunny weather for the Labor Day weekend.
Sunday night we’ve got 25 stamp auctions coming to a close, beginning around 6pm PDST. There are three Washington regular issue mis-perf error stamps up for grabs along with four very early Special Delivery stamps: Scott E1, E2, E3, and E10. We’ve got four of the 1869 pictorial issue for you (Scott 112, 113/114, 116, and 117). In addition, you’ll find Scott 70 with deep blue cancel, Scott 71, 17, 36B, 93, 96, 98, and 69. Also have a few nice mint regular issues from early 20th century. And last but not least, two auctions for stamps of the Trans-Mississippi issue.
So, enjoy the long Labor Day weekend, and take a look at the auctions we’ve got for you this weekend.
